Biography: Wen-Tsai Sung (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University, Taoyuan City, Taiwan, in 2000 and 2007, respectively. He is working with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taichung, Taiwan, as a Distinguished Professor. Dr. Sung has won the 2009 JMBE(Journal of Medical and Biological Engineering; SCIE index) Best Annual Excellent Paper Award(Ph.D. Dissertation) and the Dragon Thesis Award (Master Thesis) that sponsor is Acer Foundation. In October 2023, Dr. Sung was recognized as one of the world's top 2% scientists (Career Impact) (2001-2023) by Mendeley Data, a company owned by Elsevier. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed journal papers and articles index by SCI/SCIE/EI. His research interests include AIOT (artificial intelligence Internet of Things), Intelligent Computing and Systems , and wireless sensors network.
